🇨🇦Elate Beauty based out of Canada! They have it all: mascara, eye shade pencils, brow balms, eyeshadow, liquid eyeliner, lip gloss, lip sticks, cream concealers, cream foundations, make up removers, primers etc!
🇫🇷ZAO Organic Makeup is known for its bamboo packaging & extensive refillable makeup system, with foundation, powder, blush, eyeshadow, mascara & lipstick. It’s more “refillable/low waste” than literally zero waste, but it’s still something for my UK people!
🇫🇷La Bouche Rouge is a luxury refillable makeup, particularly lipstick. Beautiful reusable cases & replaceable makeup inserts, although I’d classify it as low-waste/refillable rather than zero waste.
