Each bar offers a different aromatherapy benefit. Our Lavender + Spearmint for men soap bar offers the following aromatherapy benefits: Lavender + Spearmint offers lavender which is a powerhouse. Lavender promotes relaxation & believed to treat anxiety, fungal infections, allergies, depression, insomnia, eczema, nausea, & any muscle cramps. Spearmint is a very revitalizing oil. It has energy-inducing action on the body by working to enhance mood, concentration, & by energizing the skin.

Although this bar does contain activated charcoal, it is safe to use this soap daily.
