"I loved every product I’ve tried so far from them, except for this one. It was absolutely heartbreaking seeing my daughter scream and cry in pain because of the soap in her eyes. The more I tried to rinse it away, the more it seemed to burn her. We tried this product once and won’t ever use it again. Wouldn’t recommend! Really wish they had a warning on there before purchasing."
"I love this company and everything it stands for, which is why I bought this product twice. I really thought it would be the one, and I didn't want to run out. Unfortunately, I've found that it burns my son's eyes. I've tried hard to rinse it in a way that keeps water from dripping down his face, but that's nearly impossible to avoid. Honestly, I don't recall him ever having this issue with the soap I used previously, so it seems to be something specific to this product. Sadly, I'll have to find something different."
