Our Rosemary + Peppermint  for de-stressing soap bar offers the following aromatherapy benefits: Rosemary + Peppermint reduce stress levels & nervous tension, boost mental activity, encourage clarity & insight, relieve fatigue, & support respiratory function. Peppermint treating coughs & colds, reducing pain, improving mental function, & reducing stress.

Although this bar does contain activated charcoal, it is safe to use this soap daily.
